Sergi Pujad\u00f3 is one of our main collaborators, he is a technical architect and an architect. He is also a businessman, being our partner.<\/p>\n\n

Then, after a year and after acquiring extensive technical knowledge, he began his studies in Architecture<\/strong> at the School of Architecture \u2013 UIC<\/strong><\/a> . Upon graduating as an Architect, he was hired as Professor of Architectural Design and Composition<\/a><\/strong> at the same school.<\/p>\n\n

A surveyor or technical architect is a person who has studied technical architecture.<\/p>\n\n

He is in charge of carrying out basic projects such as rehabilitations or repairs. You can also participate in the drafting of new construction projects, preparing documents such as measurements, budgets or calculation of structures.<\/p>\n\n

In a new construction, together with the Architect, he is the person in charge of the construction. It must coordinate all those involved in the construction process of the work. He is part of the Facultative Management of the work being the Director of Material Execution.<\/p>\n\n
