We have carried out the construction management of a multi-family building between party walls. This has a total of five homes, one per floor and a local on the ground floor with its corresponding upper floor in the attic.<\/p>\n\n
This work was a challenge because it was a building stunned for years because of the real estate crisis of 2008. Therefore, the structure had to be audited in order to ensure its continuity.<\/p>\n\n
Each of the houses consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a dining area, living room and kitchen. These are very practical apartments located in an area quite close to the sea in the city of Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n
